A new type of Valentine’s Day greeting card is making the rounds this year, and it’s not for everyone. In fact, it’s really not for everyone.

American Greetings said that its new Wiggle It Wishes collection of cards “celebrates the lighter and unexpected side of love while sweetening your Valentine’s Day”. The cards feature photo animals dressed in fabric underwear, and combine songs with flirtatious messages and motion technology.

The company goes on to say, “This cheeky collection features a doggie offering an extra dose of hotness, a hamster that’s wild for you and a chimpanzee that wants to get down to business.”

Now, before you even think of sending one of these things to your Valentine, (and we’re talking to you men out there), step back and take a moment to think things through. Is this type of gag Valentine saying the right thing to your beloved on this ultimate day of romance?

If the answer to that question is “no,” then take heart: American Greetings has lots of other Valentine’s Day card options for you to choose from.

On the other hand, these dancing critter cards may just be a big hit with some people. American Greetings says that around 145 million greeting cards are sent on Valentine’s Day, and we all know that people express their love in their own unique ways. (But seriously, guys, think twice before you send a “funny” Valentine).
