In Love with Your Credit Score

The size of a person’s credit score can make a real difference in his/her life. It can impact many things beyond loan approval. In fact, it may be a factor in getting a date.

According to a new study from Bankrate, 42% of Americans say that knowing someone’s credit score would have an impact on their interest in dating them.

Of those respondents, 13% say that credit score has a major impact; while 29% said it would be a minor influence on their decision to date a person.

Women were nearly three times as likely to consider credit score a major influence on a potential partner compared to men (20% vs. 7%).

Unbelievable, isn’t it? Nowadays, your credit score can be the difference between getting a job, or not – and even winning the heart of your dream date.

And they say that romance is dead.
