Customers Love JetBlue, Southwest Airlines
Low-cost airlines JetBlue and Southwest have earned the highest customer experience ratings in a new survey.
Research firm Temkin Group recently surveyed 10,000 U.S. consumers to find out which airlines are their favorites. According to the results, JetBlue Airlines and Southwest Airlines deliver the best customer experience in the airline industry.
JetBlue got a rating of 75%, which earned it the top spot, while Southwest placed second among airlines with a rating of 72%
Temkin said that JetBlue gained a full 15 percentage-points over the past year’s survey, making it the “most improved,” as well as being the number one airline.
Rounding out the top ten were Delta Airlines (69%), Alaska Airlines (69%), Virgin America (63%), American Airlines (57), United Airlines (56%), US Airways (55%), AirTran Airways (52%), and Spirit Airlines (47%).
